Terms and conditions
All estimates for the completed work is based on my inspection of the damaged item at their location, or at my workshop and does not include any unforeseen material price increases, or labour charges deemed necessary, should any unforeseen problems arise after the work has started. all work, materials, and completion/collection and delivery dates and times are estimated and maybe subject to change.
This estimate is valued for 28 days from postdate.
PAYMENT
All payments for the completed work should be made payable S.Christy upon completion or delivery or payment request.
A 50% deposit may be required before work commences subject to individual arrangements.
To ensure your continuing insurance cover please notify your insurers that this item is being removed for restoration, By Christy Antiques Restoration.
all items' materials, used and supplied are the property of Stephen Christy (Christy Antiques Restoration) until invoices and payment request are completed
all payments must be paid and cleared in full within 7days of invoice or payment request after 7days a 5% CHARGE WILL Apply to outstanding balance

Collection and delivery charges are payable if the restoration estimate is not accepted
Storage fees are payable if any items are not collected or delivered when requested, at a cost of £4.00p per day per item.
